
The
Fruit in your breakfast
Open the fruit transversally, remove the seeds and eat
the papaya in its natural state. If you wish, you can drop
a few lime drops on the fruit. Easy, practical and delicious.
Papaya
Cream with Cassis

Ingredients
- ½ papaya
- 2 spoons of creamy ice cream
- Cassis liqueur
How to Prepare
Shake the papaya and ice cream in the liquefier until it
gets creamy. Serve with a Cassis Liqueur covering.
Papaya and Watercress Salad
Ingredients
- 1 ½ bunches of watercress leaves
- 3 thinly chopped papayas
- 4-5 well-sliced hearts of palm
- 1 ½ tomatoes
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- Pinches of powder coriander
- Pinches of fine herbs powder seasoning
Instructions for Preparation
Place the watercress in 6 small individual dishes. On top
of the watercress add slices of papaya, heart of palm and
tomato. Mix the sauce well and season the salad. Allow it
to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
Papaya Bread
Ingredients
- 1 teacup of sugar
- 1/2 teacup of butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 teacup of kneaded papaya
- 1/4 teacup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teacup of raisins
- 1 1/2 teacup of wheat meal
- 1/4 teaspoon of yeast powder
- 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon tea
- 1/2 teaspoon of dehydrated seasoning
(fine herbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger tea
Instructions for Preparation
Mix the butter and sugar until the paste is light. Add the
eggs and shake until the paste gets creamy. Add the papaya,
walnuts and raisins and mix. Sieve the wheat meal, the yeast
powder, sodium bicarbonate, salt, cinnamon, fine herbs and
the ginger, and add all to the butter mixture. Pour the
paste on a butter paper in a 20x12.5 cm roasting pan for
bread. Bake it in the oven at 160 ºC (between medium
and low) for approximately 65 minutes.
