Currently Gaia generates 2500 indirect jobs and 635 direct jobs, of which 25 vacancies are filled by people with some kind of physical disability, who collaborate with their maximum productive potential.

We are greatly concerned with our staff training and safety. We organize trainings for professionals working at the field and check the supply and quality of the protection gear.
